Extended application deadline for Ukrainian citizens

The UT has extended the application deadline for Ukrainian citizens until 1 June for all English-taught first and second-level programmes, excluding Medicine and MSc in Excellence in Analytical Chemistry. The extended deadline also applies to the Russian-taught MA programme Teaching Russian as a Foreign Language.

The UT will offer up to 250 tuition-waiver student places to Ukrainian citizens. Tuition-waiver student places are offered for all programmes with the extended deadline. Tuition waiver means that a student does not have to pay the tuition fee for the full standard period of study.

Ukrainian applicants do not have to pay the application fee.

Please note that Ukrainian applicants can apply by 1 June even if they have not yet graduated from the previous level of education. However, graduation documents from previous education must reach the university by the end of July.

Information about applying can be found under “Degree studies: Admission for academic year  2022/2023” at ut.ee/ukraine
